Sanchez Gets a $60 Million 5-Year Deal

sanchezRookie Quarterback, Mark Sanchez got the deal of his dreams when the New York Jets signed him up on a $60 million offer with guaranteed $28 million earnings. According to David Dunn, his agent, the deal was just around $50 million but with incentives it may reach as high as $60 million which is a very generous amount to offer a rookie by the Jets.
Mark Sanchez is just so happy about the contract and that he would be playing with the jets on the first day of the game and competes as the team’s quarterback. He will be starting a career and play to make it worth the contract given to him.
Sanchez has caught the attention of the football enthusiasts when he led the USC to a victory in a Rose Bowl over Penn State that gave him that record-setting performance in the last game that he played while he was still in college.
Sanchez is so eager to play with Jets, he already signed 6 copies of his 47-page contract and according to him this is just the beginning. Although this does not guarantee his success but with his hard work and dedication, he might just achieve what he was looking for when joining NFL.
Others may have questioned if he is ready for the venture in NFL but the Jets saw the best in him. They are satisfied enough with what they saw in Sanchez that he was given the contract. They loved what they have observed of Sanchez during the minicamp, in private workouts and a classroom session at a hotel when they had a meeting with the owners. This is the break that Sanchez has been waiting for and will he really be making his play worth the $60 million?
